Dear St. Thomas Family:

Can you believe we are at the end of March? The year seems to have flown by.

I do have some sad news that has affected our school family. Mrs. Hargis, our 2nd grade teacher, has been diagnosed with cancer. It is very serious, and she will not be returning this year. Please keep her in your prayers. In the meantime, we have Mrs. Jesmer, Mrs. Cabrera, and Mrs. Kang keeping things running smoothly in the classroom. Our heartfelt thanks to all of them for stepping up.

We are still in need of a volunteer to become the School Board President next year. Is God calling you to bring your gifts to this important position? Please schedule an appointment with Dr. Pizurie if you want more information. Meanwhile, we are pleased to announce that Mrs. Najera will be our School Board Secretary for next year. Blessings on her and Mrs. Sabbarese as she steps down from this important position.

Cookie Dough orders went out this week. Please return them on Monday!

Last chance to order this years' yearbook! They are $25.00. I have seen the mock-up of some of the pages and they are adorable, amazing, and just plain cute! Be sure you get your record of this school year. It goes off to the printer soon!

As we move closer to Holy Week, keep all of us in prayer, especially those ill, in pain, or struggling with a crisis. We never know who is having a really bad day. Often, prayer is the only solution to a problem of the way to lighten a load.

On the back of this newsletter is an offer of one of our parents to donate a part of his commission on every sale that results from a St. Thomas referral. Please keep him in mind if you are looking for an agent for your property.

Blessings,

Dr. Dian Pizurie, Principal
