Dear St. Thomas Families:
Happy Mother’s Day to all our Moms and Those who step in for Mom! Whoever it is that provides care for a child or children so the household can run effectively deserves a big THANK YOU for all you do! Bless you for your loving service! Busy weeks lie ahead as we wind down until the end of the year. Only 3 weeks remain until our 8th grade graduates and moves out into the world. Keep them in your prayers!
We are still in the midst of our daily school lives, so don’t forget our fundraisers amid all the hustle. Book Fair, Science Fair, and Open House are coming the weekend of May 19 and 20. Book Fair will be open after all the Masses on Sunday, and the students can still view the books and buy their favorites on Monday and Tuesday. Sunday, during Book Fair, the School will sponsor Breakfast after Sunday Morning Masses. Open House is on May 20, from 5:30 -7:30. The Science Fair will be judged by Mr. Albrecht of Notre Dame High School, the winners will be viewable on Monday at Open House. Volunteers are still needed to work the Book Fair and the Breakfast. Also at Open House: Uniform Resale! Donate your old uniforms (good condition, please) and pick up some bargains for next year.
Join us for the Sports Banquet, May 17. All tickets must be purchased in advance! Athletes are free, but we need a head count for food. Reservation forms are in the front office.
