Hello St. Thomas the Apostle School Family 😊

Week 1 – whew! We’ve done it and with only some minor hiccups. It is bound to get smoother as we go along. Big shout out to all the parents and caregivers at home who are supporting the students during COSL (Catholic Online Synchronous Learning). Together we can do amazing things!

We are looking forward to First Communion this Saturday for our now 4th graders. This has been a long-time coming as we had to postpone due to the pandemic. Thank you for your patience with receiving the Sacrament. We pray that this will be a beautiful experience and the beginning of a lifelong journey in the Catholic faith. Blessings!

The school office remains open Monday through Friday from 8:00am – 2:00pm so that families are able to participate in all things school-related: purchase SCRIP, pay tuition, pick up / drop off supplies, etc. Everyone is so great about remembering to wear masks while on campus – thank you for that! To help with social distancing, there are also online options for purchasing SCRIP and also for paying tuition through your bank’s “bill pay” or even using snail mail.

Our first School Mass will be Wednesday, August 26 at 8:00am. This will be livestreamed for our school community to participate in. Tune in with our Father Resti for this special Holy Spirit invoking Liturgy.

This Friday is a scheduled No School day on the master calendar as the Diocese has an opening Mass for all Catholic School employees. Enjoy the day away from the screen and we will see you bright and early on Monday morning.

St. Thomas the Apostle, Pray for Us!
